We deliver to UK mainland, Channels Islands and Northern Ireland only.
Simply place your order before 3:30 pm Monday - Friday most orders are in stock and are shipped same day.
If your delivery area is in the Scottish Highlands or non UK Mainland, allow up to 2 extra days.
Can I get my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can. When you order you can enter a different delivery address to your billing address, so you can arrange delivery at your work address, a neighbour or friend.
We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods - bought in error
If you bought the goods in error you can only return any unopened goods, in original condition, which can be sold again as "new", within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. You have a duty to take care of the goods, so that they may be resold again. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please email our Customer Care department help@amazinkdirect.co.uk stating the reason for return, your order number, and request an RMA number. You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed "as new".
AmazinkDirect reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% for any loss of value identified.You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.Please allow a further 2 - 3 days before it appears on your credit card or bank statement.
Faulty Goods within 30 days

You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund. Please email our Customer Care department help@amazinkdirect.co.uk to arrange a return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We will email you with instructions on how to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund.
Once we have recieved the returned faulty / incorrect item we aim to despatch the replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Replacements are usually despatched within 1 - 2 working days.
If a refund is issued we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds will take 2 - 3 working days. A refund is likely to take a further 2 - 3 days before it appears on your credit card or bank statement.
